What Is Mediumship?

There are many forms of mediumship all of which involve the senses, the word medium is a term used for a channel, Clairvoyance means clear sight, Clairaudient is clear hearing, then you have clairsentience which is clear sensing.
When you develop clairsentience you will find that the more you develop or the more you use this ability you will find that the other senses will kick in and you will soon find yourself using all of your senses including smell and taste.
There is a big difference in working psychically and working with spirit.
I always think it is the difference between sipping flat beer and sparkling champagne (nothing wrong with working psychically) it is being aware of the difference that counts. It kind of goes like this: all mediums are psychic but not all psychics are mediums.
To become mediumistic one has to develop ones psychic ability as spirit will need to use this as a tool when working with the medium, one of the better routes to doing this is to find a center or spiritualist church that offers development.
Everyone develops in their own way and in their own time, there are no short cuts as the relationship that you have with your guide’s friends or helpers will be developed over the course of time. We never ever stop learning which I find a most blessed experience and I am always open to be shown or directed in different ways, all of which are for the greater good. It will be a relationship that is based upon love trust and respect. It is also one that will never let you down. All that is asked is your love your time and your dedication.
This is a natural process as you become aware that you too are spirit, although not everyone one will develop mediumistic abilities some may develop their own precious gifts in many different ways, all gifts that we possess are given with love and we are urged to use them for the greater good and in service to not only ourselves but to each and every one, as all our gifts are for sharing and complement each other, as it should be.
To work psychically is to read energy using our own energy, it is a two way process as we send out our feelers so to speak and read into the aura or energy field o another person. But when we connect to spirit it is through our own spirit, spirit blending with spirit, becoming one, and hopefully touching the spirit of the other person. All forms of mediumship are a form of healing, and as with all things it is all about our intention as we allow love and truth and compassion to flow freely through us.

The many insights that I have been granted, from the readings which I have received, have created a profound and positive inner change within my life.
