Coaching helps decrease your stress levels as you make life changes, helping you to better utilize your natural gifts.

Spiritual Intuitive Life Coaching Methodology

Each consultation I do is uniquely tailored to your needs. Before your session begins, I make an energetic connection to you to discover how you are feeling and what you need. I listen to messages from your high, middle, and low self in order to better know how you are feeling at all levels of your being. The nature of each session is very individual, since your needs are ever-changing, and no other person is exactly like you. Sometimes you may need energy healing, other times you may require assistance figuring out what to do next in your life or how to deal with a particular challenge. I can help you align yourself with your spiritual gifts and higher purpose to feel prosperous and successful in every area of your life, understand the inner messages and lessons to be learned, discover your goals and visions, and find insights into your personal and business relationships. I can help you choose between various possibilities to create the life you most desire, as I encourage you to see through the obstacles to your desired goals for health, prosperity, and happiness.

Each session takes into consideration your specific questions and intentions for the consultation, and weaves your questions and intent into a balanced whole with the messages received from spirit. I utilize a variety of techniques that include: The Radiance Technique, Inner Child Work, Rebirthing, Psych-K(Bio Feedback), Neuro- Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Healing Tao, The Buddha Within, Tai Chi, Qigong ,Opening of the Charkras, Pranic Healing as well as Shamanic work as well as Intuitive Readings.

Sessions typically require one hour, which allows adequate time to accomplish a basic consultation.

Scheduling & Donations

Scheduling consultations is done by email to lifeforce@thespiritualsphere.com, so an appointed time can be reserved in advance. An appointment time is usually available within two to three weeks from a request for consultation. Most sessions are telephone consultations that run between one and two hours, with follow-up sessions any time from one week to a few months later. Some people schedule regular weekly attunements and one-on-one coaching sessions for assistance with all kinds of life issues and energy work on a regular on-going basis, while others schedule a one hour session every few months.

Various types of consultations are available including by telephone, email, private chat room, skype and in person in the Duluth, Minnesota area.

Online Price: $75.00 per hour.

On Location Price: $100.00 per hour (only when accompanied by a group workshop of 30 or more people).
