During this advanced workshop we’ll be learning about our own subtle energy fields and how to work with:
OVERVIEW
We will be working with inner child work, bio feedback, NLP, and Gestaldt. Learning how to tap into our subconscious belief system and how to recreate them according to the reality we want to create in our lives.
1. Boundaries – are a direct reflection of energies I take in from the world and those that I project outwards. The exercise is focused on the creation of healthy boundaries in this respect, and involves NLP and Bio-Feedback
2. Grounding – is the holistic integration of spirit, mind, body, and emotions through the use of NLP and energy work, allowing us to be in full alignment with all of our essence.
3. Core beliefs – identifying subconscious beliefs that control our reality, through the application of components of NLP, inner child work, Bio-Feedback, and Gestaldt.
4. Inner child work – getting in touch with the inner child within ourselves that holds the beliefs that create our reality from the age of 7 years on, allowing thus the reconnection to our creative abilities.
5. Shielding and chord cutting has to do with energetic boundaries of “what I choose to allow” in my energy fields and involves components of soul retrieval
6. Creation of a “wining in life” statement –this revolves around self-identification and inner child work
7. *Spoon bending!
8. *Mind over matter exercises – learning how to expand my awareness and release self-imposed limitations
9. Difference between earning a living and creating a new life – working with manifestation
10. Finding your inner beauty – connecting with essence
11. Advanced opening of the chakras with further energetic attunements for connecting to one’s highest aspect
