Games People Play (Part I)
If you like true power – you will learn how to empower yourself! Games are a normal part of life. In life we play games and experience games on many levels. There are fun games as well as hurtful games that cause miscommunications, break-ups in relationships, difficulties in the work force etc.
Games are intertwined in every aspect of life. If you want to take back your own power and learn how to create the life you truly wish to live this workshop is for you.
We will be addressing those games that are hurtful as well as dis-empowering; and learn how to stay out of the game in order to communicate in healthy ways therein creating the reality we truly wish to live!
OVERVIEW:
1. Definition of transactional analysis-games
2. P=parent-nurturing parent/critical parent
3. A=adult=factual information, ask questions and or make statements.
4. C=child-feelings and emotions
5. Graph for nurturing parent and critical parent.
6. Karpman triangle with definitions overlaid in life script without definitions. Add the formula “g”
7. The learned self and addictive self/lover and the autonomous (allower position) healthy self/lover with definitions.
8. After a while you learn.
9. O.K corral
10. Rackets: we use unreal feelings (belief that the feeling is real at a conscious level i.e. Subconscious) for a real feeling.
11. Feelings: hurt, fear, sad, joy. All emotions are derived from these four feelings. Learn how to separate.

13. Autobiography in 5 chapters.
Further components of Games People Play will be explored in two advanced workshops. Part I however, is a pre requisite for the advanced sessions.
